What happens when you would do more with MyShowroom.TV than just embed the player to your site? We started with an initial API which you can use to build up your own page. Just like we did with the progressive Internet radio JustMusic.FM earlier. You can check out the page coming from their website (www.justmusic.fm) or www.justmusic.fm/live.
So what is the special on this page? I guess one of the great thing about it is they have their own chat next to the player, so they can interact at every live show with their community/listeners. Everything fits to their style and color world which is different than what we're using on MyShowroom.TV website.
The earlier shows being recorded and posted to a server. And on this page you not just able to view the live program but watch all earlier programs too meanwhile you can chat continuously with the live users. You also can find the most watched shows there, which is also coming from our site with the API. Makes easier the navigation between the shows.
At last, i guess i already forgot about the greatest thing here. The radio not only broadcast 1 webcam but has like 3 webcam there. They are all set up on a different position. They also has an encoding machine which has camcorder connected to it. And MyShowroom.TV Studio tool manage all of this. This way you see a closeup on the DJ things and what all these magicians are doing with it. Another shooting from another distance to show the full guy etc. Or take the handy cam and move with it. This makes much more interesting how people broadcast shows. I've seen a DJ Championship there a while ago and with the live chat, people requested to see the view where it was visible the more what all those DJs are mixing how they are using the DJ Accessories. And the guy who managed it in the studio switched between all these sources based on the requests. It was fun.
JustMusic.FM LIVE works perfectly and we're glad we helped a radio program to give a new level of service to their listeners.
Additional shows will start soon. So keep an eye our there ;-)
The API is there, you can check it and play with it. We will expand it continously based on the request of course.
